ITB-09-009 - Construction of the Brighton GID Phase 1 Utility Project

Summary of Specifications:
Complete the installation of water distribution and wastewater collection lines necessary to service the anticipated development of parcels in the South Brighton Growth Area. The South Brighton Growth Area is located South of Bromley Lane, East of Colorado Highway 85 and North of 120th Avenue and all utility work constructed shall be in accordance with the project plan, profile and detail sheets included in the bid packet. The proposed water distribution lines to and within portions of 120th Avenue, 136th Avenue, and Sable Blvd. include over 26,000 linear feet of 24 inch diameter PVC water line, related fittings and appurtenances. The proposed sewer collection line within 120th Avenue, Potomac Street and Fulton Street includes approximately 5300 linear feet of 10 inch diameter PVC force main and 20,265 linear feet of 24 inch diameter gravity sewer. The work also includes an E470 boring and the construction of a lift station facility at 120th Avenue and Peoria Street as stated in the Drawings and Technical Specifications of this Invitation to Bid.
