Due to the importance of all Bidders having a clear understanding of the scope of the work and requirements of this solicitation, a Bidder must be in attendance during the entire pre-bid conference in order to submit a Bid. Bids will only be accepted from those in attendance. It is required that you pre-register for pre-bid meetings and only one representative per company may attend. Please email procurement@brightonco.gov using the subject line “RSVP Pre-Bid 24-008442” and include the name, phone number, and email address of the person who will be attending.
