Summary of Specifications:
The City Council of Brighton by and through its Procurement Manager is accepting Bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and material as necessary for the 2007 CIP Street Overlay/Rebuild; Slurry Seal/Crack Seal; Alley Paving and Athletic Paving Project , as stated in this Invitation to Bid. Completion time shall be 90 consecutive calendar days after Notice to Proceed. 

Scope of Work will consist of but not be limited to: o 2,200 Tons - HBP Grade (S) o 5,658 Tons – HBP Grade (SX) o 39,782 S.Y. Paving Fabric o 6,410 S.Y. Patching Asphalt 6” o 3,600 S.Y. Pulverized Asphalt o 10,800 S.Y. Subgrade Preparation o 750 Tons of Stabilization (Class 6 ABC) o 1,297 S.Y. Concrete Removal o 1,500 S.Y. Concrete Flatwork (T=4”) o 1,050 L.F. Curb & Gutter (2’ Pan Catch) (T=6”) o 47,590 S.Y. Chip Seal o 15 Tons Crack Seal
