RFP-66-2015 - Wounderland Creek Greenways Construction Management

Summary of Specifications:
Seeking qualifications for and approaches to the Construction Management and Materials Testing (optional) for the Wonderland Creek Greenways Improvement Project located in the City of Boulder, Colorado from Foothills Parkway to Winding Trail. The prime consultant must be on CDOT’s list of prequalified consultants by August 1, 2015. The project construction cost is estimated to be $20 million, includes flood mitigation and multiuse path improvements and will likely take two years to construct. The city anticipates construction to begin fall of 2015. The project is partially funded by federal aid from FHWA (Transportation Improvement Program) and therefore subject to CDOT Local Agency project requirements. The project may also receive additional federal post-disaster HUD grant funding and has also received funding from the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District.
