Summary of Specifications:
The city of Boulder, Colorado Public Works and Fire Departments seek Statements of Qualifications and interest (SOQ) from qualified General Construction firms for General Construction for the development of a Wildland Fire Station to be developed on the property at the foot of the Boulder Reservoir dam, adjacent to the Boulder County Regional Fire Training Center, 6055 Reservoir Road, Boulder, Colorado. RFQ responses will be reviewed by a city-established design review committee, with the intent of pre-selecting a maximum of eight qualified firms who will be asked to bid the project through an established bid process.
