RFP-63-2014 - West Fourmile Creek Annexation Study

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Boulder is seeking a consultant with significant relevant land use and housing experience to serve as prime consultant to prepare both an annexation scenarios study and design charrette. This phase of work involves weighing the pros and cons and the cost of different paths to annex the Ponderosa Mobile Home Park, accomplishing affordable housing goals, and conducting a design charrette for the West Fourmile Canyon Creek planning area. The West Fourmile Canyon Creek planning area includes the Ponderosa Mobile Home Park and a vacant 7-acre lot owned by the city’s housing authority, Boulder Housing Partners. Both properties are located south of Fourmile Canyon Creek and to the west of Broadway in Boulder, an area which experienced significant flooding during the 2013 flood disaster.
