Mandatory pre-bid site-visit is scheduled to start promptly at 9:00 am on Thursday December 11, 2025. If poor weather conditions make the site-visit unsafe, the mandatory pre-bid site-visit will be postponed to Friday December 12, 2025. Interested parties are asked to meet on Flagstaff Road, north of and across the street from Kossler Reservoir (39°58'48.7"N 105°19'56.5"W). This will be a four (4) to six (6) hour day. The pre-bid meeting involves walking or potentially driving the access road on a steep, dirt road with or without snow. All parties interested in submitting a bid must attend the in-person on-site pre-bid meeting.
In the event of cancellation, all interested parties will be notified via Bidnet by 4:00pm the day before the scheduled pre-bid meeting. City of Boulder will not accept proposals from firms not represented at the mandatory pre-bid meeting, and request for additional site visits will not be accepted. City does not accept responsibility under any circumstances for proposers showing up for the meeting if it has been canceled.
