Description

The City is seeking assistance with the second year of a longer cycle cleaning and inspecting the entirety of the stormwater conveyance system. These specifications were developed in accordance with the City of Boulder’s (the City) internal General Requirements specifications. The contract duration will continue through the end of 2023 and will be awarded under one purchase order / Notice to Proceed. There will be an option to renew this contract for four additional years, if mutually agreed to by both City and contractor. It is anticipated that the total project will take 6 years to complete. The project requirements include hydraulic jet cleaning, removal of all cleaning debris using a vacuum system, and PACP/LACP certified CCTV inspection of the City’s sewer systems. All inlets and manholes used to access the storm sewers included in this project shall also be cleaned and inspected.
