Description

The City of Boulder Transportation & Mobility department is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified, multidisciplined consulting firms to provide Final Design Consulting Services for three different projects funded by the City’s Safe Streets for All grant. This single Request for Qualifications (RFQ) encompasses three separate projects to be completed by one consultant team: (1) a demonstration project focused on right-turn slip lane improvements, (2) pedestrian crossing upgrades and improvements at various locations and (3) a corridor improvement project. Detailed scopes for each individual project are provided below.

Because of the complexity of the projects and expected bid package preparations, the City of Boulder will hold a non-mandatory hybrid pre-submittal meeting October 22. The in-person meeting will be held at Penfield Tate II Municipal Building at 1777 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80302 in room N101 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. To participate virtually, please send an email to Gerrit Slatter at slatterg@bouldercolorado.gov to request a meeting invite and a meeting link will be sent to the requestor . The meeting will be recorded and the recording will be shared on the BidNet website.
