The City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks (OSMP) is Requesting Qualifications from architects with expertise in historic preservation for the creation of architectural plans and construction management for the rehabilitation the Wells House, a Victorian-era residence. The house is part of the Boulder Valley Poor Farm National Register of Historic Places designation. When Invitation to Bid for this project is issued in the future, only contractors who submit requested information for this project and who are determined to be pre-qualified will be solicited and allowed to submit bids.
