Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the City to establish three or four lowest bidders to undertake the Miscellaneous Flood and Greenways Construction Projects. It will be the City of Boulder’s discretion as to which contractor will construct each project or whether the City may complete a separate bid process for a given project. The term of each contract shall end on December 31, 2016. Each contract may be extended for four additional one year periods in subsequent years, if mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the City.
