Summary of Specifications:
The City of Boulder, Colorado is requesting bids from qualified firms for the work related to the removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk and bike path in various residential and city property locations around the City of Boulder. Also included in this work will be topsoil and landscape repair and traffic control for pedestrian and bicyclists. The bid shall include:

1) A proposal for execution of the work, 2) A breakdown of unit prices and quantities for anticipated labor, materials and equipment rates, 3) A breakdown of traffic control costs and quantities (in accordance with city standards), and 4) A not to exceed price.

All work shall be performed in accordance with federal, state and local rules and regulations and shall be completed by October 30th, 2015.
