The City of Boulder, Colorado is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms to provide geotechnical engineering services and/or construction management / inspection services on an as-needed basis for various Utilities and Transportation projects for the 2026 calendar year. The firm may elect to submit an SOQ for either Geotechnical Services, Construction Management / Inspection Services, or both. A list of firms will be selected for each category. A separate SOQ shall be submitted for each category.
