Summary of Specifications:
The City of Boulder Parks and Recreation Department’s Flatirons Golf Course facilities will be altered as follows: The 16,700 GSF Events Center (main locker room, kitchen and assembly building) will be demolished; the 900 GSF Food Service Grill will have minor alterations and a new 396 GSF storage room addition will be constructed; a portable restroom trailer will be installed with an associated deck, access stair, ramp, and trellis structure; and the site area around the Events Center, Grill, Restrooms and Pro Shop will be regraded with new paving and site accessibility in certain areas, and site utilities will be altered and relocated as required.
