RFP-02-2013 - Custodial Services - Parks and Recreation

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Boulder Parks & Recreation Department is seeking a contractor to perform and manage all of the custodial needs for each facility on a regular basis. There are currently 11 restrooms, and 4 shop areas. Of the 11 restrooms on average 8 stay open for use year round. In the future a restroom may be closed during the winter months due to mechanical abilities. The contractor will provide all necessary services and supplies to maintain each facility and provide a clean safe environment for the users. Paper products such as toilet paper, hand towels, etc. along with soaps must also be stocked and supplied. Please be sure to submit a cost for additional cleanings, as we sometime have events that occur in our Parks and facilities that may require additional cleaning. The scope of the services will be broken down into 6 different groups of facilities. Each group has its own required tasks and/or schedule.
