Summary of Specifications:
This project is for structural repairs to the City of Boulder Broadway Parking Structure , located at 1100 Balsam Ave., Boulder, Colorado. The Facility and Asset Management team will be managing the project for the City. The project will include structural repairs to damaged areas as indicated on the drawings, demolition, removal and replacement of northwest stairs, expansion joint repair, expansion joint sealing, cracks rout and seal, high traffic area coating installation and parking stall striping to extent indicated on the drawings.
