The City of Boulder is seeking a firm to develop a keying hierarchy across four of the City's downtown parking garages. The RFP seeks a comprehensive condition assessment of doors, frames, and hardware, and the rekeying of door hardware systems throughout the four garages. The selected vendor will be responsible for the replacement or repair of any damaged or outdated hardware, and installing new locks where necessary.
