Summary of Specifications:
The City of Boulder seeks proposals for an agenda management software system. The system will provide an automated process for City Council Agenda creation and distribution. It will provide a user-friendly interface for the submission, approval and follow up of Agenda items for the user departments. It will also generate various forms of the Agenda as required for meeting management, minutes, action summaries, publication and other uses.
