Description

The project Work to be performed under this contract is located both within the limits of the City of Boulder (City) and outside of the limits of the City of Boulder, all within Boulder County, CO. The project Work is located along 63rd Street from approximately State Highway (SH) 119 at the north end to approximately Jay Road on the south end, generally in the east/northeast portion of the City of Boulder’s (City) water service area. The site of the Work is at the general location as depicted on the Drawings (Project Vicinity Map).
The Work consists of the construction of approximately 8,160 feet of 30-inch diameter treated water transmission pipeline. The 30-inch diameter pipeline will be constructed utilizing welded steel pipe and fittings. Pipeline construction will include the trenchless installation steel casing pipe at one crossing location of the Boulder & Left Hand Ditch box culvert, the Boulder White Rock Ditch box culvert, and a pedestrian underpass box culvert
