Summary of Specifications:
Only sealed bids from prequalified general contractors (bidders) will be accepted; all other bids received will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Pre-Qualified Firms: Only those firms/contractors who were pre-qualified as General Contractors under the Statement of Qualifications solicitation RFQ 02-2016 are allowed to submit bids on this RFB. The Firms who have been pre-qualified as General Contractors for responding to this RFB are as follows:

• Alder • Archer Western • Garney • Moltz • MWH Constructors • PCL • Western Summit

The General Contractors must use one of the following prequalified Electrical Contractors qualified under the Statement of Qualifications solicitation RFQ 02-2016 as their electrical subcontractor.

• Eckstine • Ludvik • McDade-Woodcock • Sturgeon

Note: Proposals submitted in response to this RFB by any Contractor who is not listed above, shall be considered not responsive and automatically rejected by the City.
