Summary of Specifications:
Full rehabilitation of a 2,326 S.F. historic two-story residence. Although this is a historic residential rehabilitation, the process utilized by the City is a commercial project process. The exterior of the house will be rehabilitated using period appropriate siding, trim, windows, and doors. The existing historic stone foundation will be repaired where visible from the street. The structure will be sistered or replaced to allow for the house to be leveled and plumbed. The HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems will be replaced for modern convenience.
