2025-2 - Black Hawk Detention Pond Conversion

The Black Hawk City Council has approved the 2025 budget that includes financing to convert an existing open-air detention pond to an underground detention pond with new parking created by the project.  Project will include the design of the underground detention pond, Provide material and construct the underground detention pond, electrical work, streetlights, electronic gate with controls, and paving of a driveway.    Baseline Engineering has prepared drawings under the title of Black Hawk Detention Pond Conversion and staff have prepared these contract documents to create the entire package of contract documents for the project under the title of:  Black Hawk Detention Pond Conversion
