R-2422 - Wild Horse Reservoir Program Management

It is Aurora Water's intent to retain a highly qualified consulting firm or team to complete the services generally described below. The scope of services included serves as a general description of the anticipated activities, and these activities are listed in no particular order. The consulting teams are encouraged to provide innovative suggestions that may allow Aurora Water to implement this program in a more cost-effective and efficient manner. Aurora Water will rely on the selected firm's or team's competence and experience to develop a final scope of services that identifies all the necessary tasks and deliverables to meet Aurora Water's needs. The Consultant should utilize their experience with Integrated Program Management to propose other activities that they feel are appropriate for this project and circumstances.
