A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held online using Microsoft Teams on September 9, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. MT. Interested Contractors who want to attend the meeting can do so by using the link in the RFP document. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to aid prospective Contractors in the interpretation of the RFP, Scope of Services, Sample Service Agreement, Insurance Requirements, and any other technical and contractual matters. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory but highly recommended.

Please be advised that proposals MUST be submitted through BidNet to be considered responsive, no hard copy responses will be accepted for the Request for Proposals.
