To ensure proposers have a clear understanding of the scope of the project and the proposal requirements, a MANDATORY pre-proposal conference and walk-through has been scheduled on May 18, 2021 at 1:00 pm. The meeting location will be: AMC Parking Garage, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway, Aurora, Colorado 80012.

All attendees will be required to sign-in, wear a face covering/mask, and practice social distancing.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals MUST be submitted electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-purchasing System (aka BidNet) no later 10:00 AM (Mountain Time) on June 2, 2021. Proposals received using another method such as email, mail, or hand-delivery will not be accepted or considered. Submitted proposals shall be retained by the City and cannot be returned. Late proposals will not be accepted.
