The City of Aurora is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive review and revision of the 2021 Dedication and Development Criteria Manual for Parks, Recreation and Open Space (“PROS”) Department. The objective is to enhance the manual's clarity and consistency, water conservation and sustainability efforts, and ensure criteria align with contemporary best practices in urban park planning. In addition, review of level of service standards and the fee structures for cash-in-lieu of dedication, park development fees and capital impact fees will better serve the evolving goals of the community.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference meeting will be held online using Microsoft Teams on May 2, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. MT. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to provide assistance to interested consultants in the interpretation of the Request for Proposal (RFP), Scope of Services, Sample Professional Services Agreement, and other technical and contractual matters. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
