THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED FOR THE PURPOSE OF:
Selecting qualified General/Prime Contractors to bid on the Morrison Nature Center – Nature Playground Construction Project.

PROJECT SYNOPSIS
The City of Aurora Parks, Recreation and Open Space Department (PROS) is planning to construct a nature play themed playground at the Morrison Nature Center (16002 E. Smith Rd). The project includes but is not limited to grading, erosion control, drainage pipe installation, boulder/stone handling and setting, tree stump/log handling/setting, concrete footer, small structural steel work, native seeding and planting, crusher fines installation, and other landscape construction type items.
