The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to provide assistance to interested consultants in the interpretation of the Request for Proposal (RFP), Scope of Services, Sample Professional Service Agreement, and other technical and contractual matters. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is highly recommended.

Proposals shall only be submitted electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (aka BidNet) at http://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado no later than 3:00 p.m. (MT), December 8, 2022.
