The City of Aurora (“COA” or “City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management / Construction Inspection (CMCI) Services for the Parker, Quincy, and Smoky Hill Intersection project.

The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, providing the following services and documentation for the construction of the Parker Rd/Quincy Ave/Smoky Hill Rd Intersection Improvement Project, or the “Project”: project management, contract administration (including Equal Employment Opportunity [EEO] compliance interviews and documentation), construction management, stakeholder coordination, project schedule reviews, Request for Information (RFI) coordination and response, other construction submittal reviews and processing, inspection services, materials testing, constructability review, and technical assistance.
