The City of Aurora (“COA” or “City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management / Construction Inspection (CMCI) Services for the Gartrell Bridge Widening (Over E-470) project.

The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, providing the following services and documentation for the construction of the Gartrell Bridge Widening (Over E-470) Project, or the “Project”: project management, contract administration, construction management, stakeholder coordination, project schedule reviews, permit processing, clearances, request for information (RFI) coordination and response, and other construction submittal reviews and processing, inspection services, materials testing, constructability review, and technical assistance.
