Description

The major goal of the Consultant’s efforts under City’s 2023 CDBG Minor Home Repair Program (“CDBG-MHRP”) is the completion of rehabilitation of twelve (12) income eligible, single-family, owner-occupied homes by December 31, 2024 (each, a “CDBG-MHRP Project”). Toward this goal, the tasks of the Consultant include but are not necessarily limited to all the Services described in this section, all obligations set forth the Agreement, the processes set forth in the CDBG Minor Home Repair Program Guide (Exhibit A), the MRHP Responsibility Allocation Table (Exhibit B), and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (Exhibit C).

Proposals will only be accepted electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet). Proposals received using another method such as email, mail, or hand delivery will not be accepted or considered.

Proposals shall be submitted no later than 10:00 AM (Mountain Time) on September 28, 2023. Late proposals WILL NOT be accepted. File size limit is 25 MB. Proposals received shall be retained by the City and cannot be returned.
