This project addresses the rehabilitation of the existing ForeBay and drying beds liners at the Binney Water Purification Facility. The side slopes of the drying beds are lined with soil cement and the investigation study identified certain areas are demonstrating settlement and erosion. These areas will be removed and replaced with concrete.
