The Aurora Urban Renewal Authority requests written proposals from qualified firms to perform a Market Study on 6.16 acres of AURA-owned land located within the Point at Nine Mile Station development which is located across the street from the Rapid Transit District’s Nine Mile Station. The 21.7-acre mixed use project began with the establishment of several urban renewal areas in 2014 to help facilitate the redevelopment of an aging and deteriorating shopping center. Since that time, all former structures have been demolished and new infrastructure, retail and housing have been constructed. The study’s objective is to aid AURA in the evaluation of the highest and best uses for the remaining parcels.
