Proposals shall be submitted electronically only through the Rocky Mountain e-purchasing system (aka BidNet @ www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado ) no later than 4:00 p.m. MDT, September 18, 2023. Please be advised that proposals MUST be submitted through BidNet to be considered responsive. No hard copy, faxed, or emailed responses will be considered for award.
