2023-214 - Juniper Hill Road Improvements

The goal of the project is to replace the asphalt in accordance with City standards and technical specifications on Juniper Hill Road from the CDOT right of way to the entrance of Cozy Point Ranch. Asphalt improvements to improve structural stability and provide increased longevity on Juniper Hill Road. Full width 2.0-inch asphalt mat overlay. The segment of the road is approximately 2,000 ft and extends from the intersection with the HWY 82 right of way to 30 feet beyond the southern entrance of Cozy Point Ranch. This scope of work shall include a traffic control plan as necessary.
