A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on site at 590 North Mill Street, Aspen, CO 81611, at 1pm Tuesday March 11th. Followed by a tour of the buildings in the scope of work. We ask that only one vehicle from each firm attend as parking on site is extremely limited. Due to the historic nature of this project this meeting is mandatory. If you cannot attend you must receive approval from Procurement (procurement@aspen.gov) prior to the meeting

The purpose of the conference is to discuss the City’s expectations, the scope of work, to perform a walkthrough of the existing conditions, and to answer questions.

An addendum will be issued following this meeting to formalize any City responses to proposer questions.
