The City of Aspen is seeking an expert transportation and parking consultant or team of consultants to lead the process of researching and developing a Comprehensive Transportation Demand Management (TDM) and Parking Plan to include an assessment of existing TDM and parking programs as well as an evaluation and recommendation of improvements aimed at increased mode shift. This comprehensive plan will address both current conditions as well as expected changes in traffic, development, housing, and visitation and will identify recommended short and long-term strategies for implementation over a 1-10 year planning horizon.
