2023-250 - Capital Reserve Assessments for HOA's Under the APCHA Regulations

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit professional full capital reserve studies services for up to 50 HOA’s in Pitkin County with deed restricted units under the APCHA regulations. The successful proposer will include:
 

• Conducting full capital reserve studies for all deed-restricted buildings of each HOA and any additional common elements or infrastructure (i.e., underground parking, parking garages, roofs, etc.)
• Plan for reporting, analyzing, and compiling results from the capital reserve studies for APCHA and HOAs.
• Creating a system for HOAs to track their progress, maintenance, and finances in the long-term.
