24-CED-034 - On-Call Consulting Services for Community Development Block Grant Program -#2

The City issued this previously and had to terminate the contract.  The city is looking for motivated qualified firms to provide On-call Consulting for CDBG Program Management. We would appreciate your proposal.   The contract is expedted to be for 1 year and may be extended if funds are available. The objective is to identify a qualified firm that can assist the City to develop and support the management infrastructure to effectively operate the program for the upcoming year, assist with the program’s day to day programmatic demands, assist with new projects identified by the city team and address any and all requirements as indicated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), related to the CDBG Program.
