The City of Arvada, Fleet Services is seeking to pre-quailify local professional auto body firms to work with the City Fleet Division for automotive body repair on an as needed basis. The City manages a fleet of approximately 750 vehicles which are gasoline and diesel fuel powered. The fleet composition consists of automobiles, both large and small, vans and pick-up trucks, large straight trucks, construction equipment, trailers, and turf equipment. The City will review the SOQs received from the RFQ and will pre-qualify several local respondents to contract for repair estimates on an on-call basis. Upon award of the contract, Fleet Services will request repair estimates on an as needed basis from the shop before repair work commences.
