The City’s Department of Parks and Recreation’s (DPR) Denver Golf division has identified a need for performance of concrete and landscape restoration, repair, and improvement services to be utilized on a continuing on-call basis. The work will typically consist of (but is not limited to) demolition, asphalt and concrete installation, tree and mulch placement services, etc. at golf course facilities (work will not occur on the actual golf course greens--DPR anticipates issuing a separate solicitation for on-call restoration, repair, and improvement services for golf course work.)
