The City and County of Denver Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting proposals related to utilizing and providing programming for youth, young adults, adults, and active older adults at the Globeville Recreation Center facility located at 4496 Grant St, Denver, CO, 80216. The facility is to be used and occupied by a single provider or collection of providers, and will meet the needs of the community by providing community services and programming, and maintaining an active, integral part of the area. The facility will be available for use around January 2026, and the contract term will be for a total of three (3) years.

MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING & SITE TOUR (OPTION 1): Proposers are required to attend both a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and a mandatory site tour on one of the offered dates. Pre-proposal meeting will take place in person at Globeville Recreation Center, 4496 Grant St, Denver, CO, on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 10:00 AM MT. The site tour will take place immediately following the meeting on July 16, at approximately 11:00 AM MT. Proposers must have a representative in attendance at both the meeting and site tour to have their proposals considered responsive. No other meetings, site visits or tours will be offered outside of the scheduled date and time.
