By issuance of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City and County of Denver (the “City”), acting through the Executive Director of Parks and Recreation (the “Executive Director”), invites all qualified proposers to submit a proposal for Echo Lake mobile food and beverage concession services. Echo Lake Park is owned and operated by the City and County of Denver and is physically located in Clear Creek County, Colorado. Echo Lake Park is located at the base of Mt. Evans, at the intersection of Mestaa'Ėhehe Road (formerly Squaw Pass Road) and Mt. Evans Road, approximately between Evergreen and Idaho Springs. The park is located in a mountain environment at 10,600 feet above sea level and often receives late snow and unpredictable weather.
