Description

The City and County of Denver ("City") desires to solicit proposals from licensed and qualified treatment contractors that provide outpatient substance abuse therapy, mental health evaluations, psychiatric care, mental health therapy, dual diagnosis therapy, recovery support services, psychotropic medication, and addiction medication for high-risk offenders in both residential and non-residential placement. PROPOSALS FROM ORGANIZATIONS NOT CURRENTLY LICENSED IN COLORADO WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The City reserves the right to award to more than one provider.

***IMPORTANT NOTE***

Treatment contractors that currently have an active contract with the City to provide the services described herein may submit a proposal in response to this solicitation. If selected for award, any resulting contract will supersede the current contract. If not selected for award, the existing contract will be honored through the identified term.
