A virtual pre-proposal conference will be conducted on 05/01/2020 at 11:30 AM via Skype for Business. Photos highlighting the entry and exit points and current loops of the Denver Performing Arts Complex (DPAC) garage located at 1400 Curtis Street Denver, CO 80204 are posted on BidNet as Attachments #9 and #10 for reference.
The link to the Skype meeting is located on page 4 of the RFP document. The City will open the Skype meeting for participants 15 minutes prior to the starting time. The City asks all suppliers who plan on participating in this Skype call to directly notify the Purchasing Analyst at least 2 hours prior to the Skype meeting commencing. This notification needs to include:
• Name of participant
• Company the participant is representing
• E-mail address
• Phone number
The proposal terms and conditions will be reviewed and discussed at this time. Suppliers are encouraged to participate in this conference, as this will be the only time the City reviews this proposal.
