Summary of Specifications:
The Denver Marketing Office (DMO) manages the brand of the City and County of Denver and provides strategic marketing services for the Mayor’s Office and many city agencies and departments. It also provides marketing and public relations support for all programs within the Office of Economic Development (OED). The DMO helps to promote the delivery of consistent messages and quality materials throughout the city and enables various entities to work together to maximize current and potential opportunities.
The City is seeking a professional marketing and graphic design firm to plan, manage, and implement communications and marketing activities for a wide variety of programs and initiatives within OED and throughout the City including, but not limited to, ongoing branding and design, comprehensive as well as tactical marketing strategies, and project work on an as-needed basis. Some projects will involve marketing or advertising copywriting for various collateral materials. A media buyer will not be required, and the City anticipates using existing vendors for printing services. The successful proposer shall fully coordinate all services under the DMO. The successful proposal will demonstrate that the vendor will provide all services required, either directly or through proposed subcontractors.
