Description

The City and County of Denver, hereinafter referred to as the City, desires to solicit bids relating to the removal and replacement of City Park Greenhouse roof. The greenhouse portion of the project must be completed by September 15, 2025 at the latest. This deadline cannot be extended; therefore, the City asks that only suppliers who can confidently meet this deadline submit proposals. Also note: The project cannot start before June 1, 2025 for the greenhouse roof portion. Note: The asphalt shingles portions of the roof can start before June 1, 2025 and work can occur after the September 15, 2025 date.
