Description

This SOW covers the deployment, management, and coordination of services to be provided by the selected supplier to people living in encampments deemed for resolution (sheltering/housing) in support of the City & County of Denver’s House 1000 goals. Activities include, but are not limited to:
• Trash removal at encampment sites
• Transportation for individuals to brick and mortar services (mental/physical health care, substance misuse treatment, etc)
• Trash and needle disposal at designated portalets
• Relationship building and communication to encampment residents
• Support to encampment residents and City staff on moving day
• Post-closure monitoring and communications around area closures for up to 60 days after moving day at designated sites
• Post-closure monitoring and communications will also require coordination with City agencies for possible escalation to enforcement
