20220001 - Anti-Racism Evaluation

To obtain competitive bid proposals from qualified contractor(s) who can assist in developing our anti-racist evaluation plan and methods. Our project has an existing draft evaluation but is seeking assistance in developing a new suite of evaluation practices, methods, and approaches that center racial equity. We are seeking a contractor to support both the staff of the FIC project team and local partners and community members with anti-racist evaluation in their technical assistance, training, and implementation projects.
