The City and County of Broomfield (the “City”) acting through the Utilities Division is soliciting bids from all qualified individuals, organizations, firms, or other entities (“Awarded Bidders”), whether for-profit or not-for-profit, to provide Water, Wastewater and Reuse Water Utility Services and Supplies.The City intends to execute one contract for the services requested in this Invitation for
Bid (“IFB”). The Awarded Bidder may be eligible for extended contracts contingent upon performance and available funding. In all cases the City reserves the right to negotiate
all contract amounts. Bidders interested in submitting a bid are required to follow the guidelines and instructions contained in this IFB.
